Bike from Boleyn 2022

  • The Champions (Bobby Moore): The World Cup Sculpture Barking Road London, England, E13 9ER United Kingdom (map)

Bike from Boleyn is back!

We’ll meet at NOON on 9th October to get to the Newcastle United match for the 2pm Kick-off

  • Don’t have a bike? No problem, you can hire one by contacting ridoutsat13@gmail.com

  • Do have I to cycle? Nope, join us for a natter

  • Cost? Free

The ride finishes at the View Tube Cafe where we can stop and have more pre-match refreshments.

And even if you’re not the biggest football fan, but a local with local interests at heart, come along for the ride, it’s always a good craic!

You know the quickest way to get from the Boleyn to the London Stadium?

Forget the 104 bus or the Sardine Lines.  It’s cycling; free and easy.  And to make it even easier, we’re planning our first ride of the season for the Newcastle United match on Sunday 11th September, 2pm kick off

The Bike from Boleyn campaign wants to maintain the traditional links between the Boleyn and West Ham United by encouraging fans to bike from Boleyn to West Ham’s home matches. We’re also promoting healthy living. Why not earn those pies (or pints!) with a bit of pre-match peddling?

Support the old Boleyn Community – Bike from Boleyn!

We gather by the Champions (Bobby Moore) statue and there’s always a carnival atmosphere to get us in the mood and now the Boleyn Tavern has been restored to its former glory!  So, why don’t you come and pay homage to the three World Cup kings, have a swift half and then a short, mostly off road route from the Bobby Moore Statue to the Stadium using the Greenway.  Ride marshals, provided by the brilliant Newham Cyclists, will help you get to and from the stadium safely.
